My in-person somatic healing events in Melbourne are intimate, soul-nourishing spaces for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and each other. These gatherings are an invitation to step away from the noise of the world and come home to your truth.
Whether it’s a deeply cathartic Somatic Sacred Rage Ceremony, a soothing Embodiment Circle under the new moon, or a soulful nature-based gathering — each event is designed to awaken something within you. You’ll be guided through powerful somatic practices, emotional alchemy, shadow work, nervous system healing, and heart-expanding connection.
